“I had the fundamental yoga teaching materials from my initial 200 hour Teacher Training and had been teaching for three years when I signed up… however, this training gave me the tools to improve my teaching 150%. Alicia is a phenomenal teacher who is highly educated in the skills and techniques of teaching, specifically with the prenatal students”
-Colie, Certified Trinatal Yoga Teacher, RPYT
“I learned much more than I was expecting… I especially love how Alicia helped us to bring the focus on to WHY we practice the way that we do, what is best practice and how to incorporate heart language and theming into our unique teaching styles!”

“[Trinatal Yoga] teacher training left me feeling inspired! The training is full spectrum-- including anatomy, sequencing, pelvic floor, holding space as a teacher, business and ethics, pregnancy stages, postures, sanskrit, and more. Alicia makes the information accessible for everyone and anyone. I love Alicia's approach to teaching. She encourages discussion and feedback at every session. I recommend this training to anyone looking to deepen their knowledge on yoga, the pregnant body, and have fun doing it!”

Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training is currently offered as a part of the Prenatal Yoga Training Cohort
Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training is a certification program designed for teachers who want to better serve new parents during the postpartum period. The training covers everything from how to modify for new parents in a public/mixed-level class to how to create and establish a postnatal-specific yoga class.
Topics include the wide range of modifications needed to address different levels of healing after birth, how to check for and monitor Diastasis Recti, practices to improve pelvic floor function and health, considerations for anatomical/physiological recovery and more- so much more!
The postnatal section hours are eligible for 18 Yoga Alliance CEU's (this is separate, in addition to the hours needed for the RPYT designation) The training is also approved for SMS elective hours for the Anusara (ASHY) advanced teacher training modules (500 hr).
Prenatal Yoga Certification/Teacher Training is a prerequisite for the postnatal training module. Currently all postnatal yoga trainings are offered in the same module as the Prenatal Yoga Certification.
